When treatment was over, there are still some things that need to be done to keep teeth look well groomed. Unfortunately, this is often forgotten.
Who was really in need of orthodontic treatment and any facts that need to know? Consider these things below:

Why have braces?
Flat teeth that helps us to bite, chew, and speak more easily. Teeth that are straight also contribute to healthy teeth and gums in general. Teeth and jaws are aligned properly will alleviate or prevent physical health problems. In addition, teeth that work better also look more beautiful.
Before braces
After your first visit, you should go back to the doctor to request a second opinion. Ask a few things like: What treatment options that will fix the problem with either your teeth? How much does it cost, and for what that kind of money? How long this treatment should be lived? Possible after the wire is removed the teeth will go back to the starting position, and what to do when it happens?
Further treatment
You might think that once the braces are removed, your relationship with your dentist is over. Apparently, removing the braces also cause other problems, and this is often experienced by orthodontic patients. It will usually grow soft tissue or some other type of gum disease. Gum disease is usually caused by oral hygiene is not maintained during the initial treatment. Fuss, sometimes the patient and dentist can not prevent it. Your doctor will explain in detail the procedures for dental care. If you do not follow instructions or forget to visit the doctor for routine care, the result is that gum disease.
More thorough brushing
If you choose the braces are attached to the teeth, brushing your teeth would be more difficult. To be able to remove plaque and bacteria, you must increase the time to brush your teeth and use mouthwash regularly. Also, avoid eating foods that are too hard, sticky, chewy, or crunchy. Types of foods to avoid is like roasted corn, chewing gum, hard candy, or popcorn.
Protect your teeth with a binder
Some patients will be asked to wear a binder teeth after removing the braces. The binder is needed to keep the tooth does not return to its initial position (relapse). There are even some patients who are asked to wear a binder is much longer than others. These binders are generally used at night to keep the teeth straight. Patients who underestimate these treatments usually stop wearing it, and later realized that the braces have been around for months (or years) to no avail.
